Leadership and suffering

Like all worthwhile endeavors, business leadership involves a certain amount of suffering. This is good. Suffering isn’t a problem to be solved – It’s a mystery to be lived. But you shouldn't feel alone.

If you're out there and you feel like you don't have much left in the tank, maybe just give me a shout. At the very least you can have a fellow entrepreneur on the other end of the line, someone who's stepped on a few landmines himself. Someone who may be a bit like you.
